📍 Delivery Coverage & Method

  • We currently offer home delivery only.

  • Delivery is available throughout Israel, except for buildings under construction or locations requiring special access through security gates.

🛠️ Assembly Service

  • Product assembly is not included with delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for product assembly unless otherwise specified.

🕐 Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page.

  • Delivery times may vary based on product type and availability.

  • Preferred delivery time or express shipping options are not available.

💸 Delivery Cost

  • Delivery charges are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout.

  • The delivery cost is added to your total order amount before payment.

📦 Delivery Process

  • You can track your order status in your account area on our website.

  • You will receive a delivery notification via SMS or WhatsApp at least 3 working days in advance.

  • On the day of delivery, our team will contact you one hour before arrival.

🚛 On-Site Delivery Details

  • Items will be brought inside your apartment or office, provided:

    • There is elevator access, or

    • It’s a ground floor delivery with easy access.

  • If no elevator is available or there is difficult access, an additional delivery fee will apply. This fee is calculated based on order volume and complexity, and is paid directly to the delivery team.

🧾 Delivery Confirmation

  • Customers must confirm the delivery using the SMS or WhatsApp message with a provided code or link.

❗ Missed Delivery

  • If you are not home at the time of delivery:

    • The order is returned to the warehouse.

    • You will need to contact us to reschedule the delivery.

    • Redelivery costs twice the original delivery fee.

🔍 Inspection and Damages

  • Customers are required to inspect their items at the time of delivery.

  • Any visible damages or missing items must be reported immediately during the delivery confirmation process.

  • Refusing the order at the door is not permitted.
