We currently accept credit card payments only. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway provided by Hyp.

💸 Order Value Limits

  • Minimum order amount: 500 ILS
  • Maximum order amount: 25,000 ILS
    Orders outside this range will not be processed.

🔐 Payment Security

Your payment is handled through a secure, encrypted connection via our payment provider. We do not store or tokenize your card details, ensuring your information stays safe.

📬 Order Confirmation & Invoice

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. This acts as your basic receipt and includes:
    • Product list
    • Pricing
    • Billing and shipping details
  • Business customers will automatically receive a formal tax invoice in PDF format by email within 5 minutes of purchase.
  • A printed tax invoice can be mailed via Israeli Post upon request.

🕐 Payment Timing

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing an order.
  • We do not support installment plans or partial payments.
  • Payment on delivery is not available — all payments must be completed online.

🔄 Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customer-initiated cancellations are not supported.
  • If we need to cancel an order due to fulfillment issues, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
